I Miss You

I miss the way you used to be before things got complicated.
We once we're close at least I thought, but now we've separated.

I can't help, but to blame myself, for being such a fool.
To think that I could ever change the way you felt for me.
You may think that I just pushed you, or put you in a spot, but
all I ever wanted was to let you in my heart.

I wasn't planning to rush you into something you didn't want. You
told me not to fall for you and I took that to heart. I did, however,
think that we could just be friends; as we have started out. But now
you won't even talk to me and I'm left behind with doubts.

I miss you very much and this is all so true, because since you shut
me out that day; I can't help but feel so blue.

I'm sorry if you think that I never understood you, but you're the
one to blame for that because you couldn't tell the truth. You used
me for your own release, we both know that very well; and once you
got your full of it you shoved me far away.

I tried my best to hate you for the way you treated me, but in the end
I come to find. That I still miss you terribly...
