Poetry: Addicted to verse

by Melissa Moser

Created on: May 31, 2008

Why Poems

Were I rendered unable to rhyme
I'd still manage to make my point
But I wouldn't be happy or focused
And some things might end up out of joint

It's likely my words could be written
In prose more explicit and terse
But the eloquence lost in translation
Will keep me resorting to verse
