Through Mommy's eyes

It's hard to see you like I see you...through a mommy's eyes.
A mommy's eyes are worrisome when your driving in the rain.
A mommy's eyes are crying for you when your struck with pain.

A mommy's eyes smile with you on my mind.
A mommy's eyes pray for you when your in a bind.

Like I said, its hard to see you like I see you through a mommy's eyes.

A mommy's eyes cheer for you, when you compete.
A mommy's eyes lie for you when needed to keep you safe.

You will see my dear when you are older when its time for me to die.
You will look at me, like I see you. Through a mommy's eyes.
