ATONEMENT
Life, a triangle of broken dreams,
A trial and error of numerous schemes,
Moving, each to the same ends,
Our life's atonement to make amends,

Groping earnestly to turn about,
To grasp at what we thought worthwhile,
Only then, to falter, yet another trial,
A test in our lives, as we compete,
For a place beside our Father's feet.
