I can't recall when You weren't there,
The Hand touched mine before
I drew my first breath.
Today, tomorrow, yesterday,
They are all bound into one Source,
And that is You.
The stars,
The sky,
The universe,
Follow the leading of Your touch.
All our days and all our nights,
They revolve in the Sound of Your Voice.
All our dreams,
Our hopes and fears.
All our destinies...
Planned out in our little minds.
They mean nothing,
Aside from You.
I feel You in the morning sun,
I hear Your voice in the Wind,
I have touched Your hand in songs and prayers,
Worshiping in wild abandon,
Until I can dance only in my soul.
Take My Hand, walk with me.
The truth of my life is You,
The song of my life is You,
The hopes and destinies of me,
Began with You,
I may seek Your face and understanding,
But You found me before I was born.
