It was once,
Long ago,
Like some odd, written seance
Going to and fro
Reading forgotten words,
Lost in the dust.

I carry with me my love,
Of the paper, spine and page,
The word, written by A,Labove
Continuing the love, with which it was made

Stiff spines
Piled so high
I fear an avalanche
At any time.

They sing to me
Sad songs,
