A child's bedroom is the most important room in the house, according to them. And what could possibly be a better idea than a High School Musical themed bedroom? Every child has been singing along with Troy, Gabriella, and the rest of the High School Musical gang since it came out! Work together with your child on making their bedroom a High School Musical haven! From bedroom furniture to wall hangings to accents, this will be the best parent-child project yet! Your family might be on a budget, so don't get too crazy spending on accessories! You can still have an amazing room by looking for the best deals first.

Remember to start with the big items and work your way down to the small. If you feel that a change of the original bedroom furniture is in need, a vanilla bedroom set is the perfect choice. This bedroom set would include a bed with spacious drawers underneath, a headboard, a dresser, drawers, a night table, and a mirror (all in a vanilla shade). Vanilla is a basic color that will be able to go with any room theme, even after the High School Musical phase is over. Also, a bed with storage underneath it is a great choice to prevent any mysterious clothing disappearances. You and your child will finally know where everything is! Trust me, the more storage you have, the better!

The next step is to go out and buy the comforter. There are plenty of choices for comforter designs in any store, including your online choices. The High School Musical pink comforter is a personal favorite. This trendy comforter is both pale pink and hot pink with alternating fabric designs of stars, stripes, and music notes. There are even matching sheet sets and decorative pillows! The decorative pillows come in a variety of designs, ranging from Zac Efron's face to heart shapes to ribbon trimmed and satin! The many choices make it very simple to design the room to your child's likes.

If you decide to go with the pink comforter set, go with a much lighter color for the walls. White or beige is a very good choice. They are both neutral colors that will not overwhelm the room and will keep it a calm haven for your child. These colors will go with any other room theme if it ever comes time for change, as well. However, the big debate comes into play when you are deciding how to decorate your walls. Is wallpaper or paint the better choice?

Wallpaper offers a large variety in colors, textures, and patterns. It can also easily disguise flaws in the wall at a low price. You might decide
