I remember when you told me you loved me
And that you really cared
The time we thought it would never work out
The love and care we shared.
But so much has changed now
Both you and also me
In a way were both sad
We're no longer happy.
I rememberd when you first kissed me
Your lips soft and tender
An ongoing kiss
It seemed like it lasted forever.
As time goes by
So do all the good things and bad
Wonderful joys and memories
But most of them make me sad.
I miss how you used to say my name
You made me feel like a god in the sky
You always told me the truth
My gosh you never lied.
I remember when you used to hold me
All warm inside your bed
And every time you slept with me
You always caressed my forehead.
I miss the way you talked to me
With such sweet and loving words
Your words were like a beutiful song
Coming from one beautiful bird.
I remember when I was sad
You managed to make my spirit bright
When everything was dark in my world
You sheded a big bright light.
I miss how you used to hold my hand
Your hand so big;my hand so small
But they seemed to fit perfectly together
Being connected was the point of it all.
I remember when you told me goodbye
You always reasured me you would come back
Maybe i was to controlling
I rarely cut you slack.
I remember when you told me I was beautiful
My God you made me cry
Then you took me by my hands
You looked me in the eyes.
I remember when you got down on one knee
And you told me you had something to say
You took out a ring and looked at me
I will never forget that day.
I miss how you used to smile
So nice, warm, and sweet
The way you used to drop hints on me
Hinting "we need to 'meet'".
I remember how you carressed my body
With passion and romance
The way that we moved together
Like a lustful, sexual dance.
I remember when I was angry
Because my grandfather died
All those tears i shed
You never once left my side.
I miss you in general
I miss the time we shared
I miss being in your arms
I miss your loving care.
I remember when you told me it's over
I really did not know what to do
All I know is one thing
I will always love you.
