Scrumptious Pumpkin Cream Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
7 1/2 oz. unsweetened pumpkin pie filler
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup boiling water
1 envelope unflavored knox gelatin
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1. Mix pumpkin pie filler and 1/4 cup milk, set aside
2. Add 1 envelope of knox gelatin to 1/2 cup boiling water, stir till dissolved
3. Add pumpkin mixture, blend in 1 cup sugar
4. Add 8 oz. package of cream cheese
5. Pour in a graham cracker pie shell (you can buy pre-made)
6. Chill in refrigerator till solid
7. Serve with vanilla ice cream
