Change is what you get after you make a purchase of something. The only way I can understand the bearing of such a suggestion, is that we are going to throw away our cash, and have everybody live on CHANGE, or we are going to buy into some wild bill of goods, and we will just accept the change, not knowing what we are buying into, so the change, in this case, cannot even be determined. Let me consider what can't be changed, and then we will discuss this mysterious change everybody seems to want. What cannot be changed is the fact that my ancestors had a determination, to leave the ideology of an old world, ruled by King and Church, and venture out across the ocean to this new world. They did not pick up arms, or banners of protest, or venomous propaganda, against this old world. They didn't do this, because the "established order" could not, would not, nor has it ever been changed; even though, the old world has received more than their fair share of "purchases" that left nothing more than "change", if you know what I mean.

The determination, for such a dangerous quest, came from a deep desire to be able to live free of religious "oppression", not religion. The desire to live free of their "interpretations" of the Bible, not the Bible. They were not concerned as to whether you were a Scottish person, or Spanish, the only question was whether they wanted the same freedoms, and were pursuing it on the same page, so to speak. I can assure you that this determination is our right, because even though the old world hangs on to their kings and popes,we don't; because, we left what we couldn't change, and pursued what we could change. We also have received our fair share of lousy purchases, and we are going to accept change, before we even know what we are buying, bring up the question as to.." what page are they coming from?" Are they trying to change what they can't? Do they need to find another world so that they can pursue their ideals?Do they think that they can all of a sudden change our ideals, and throw away our Religious freedoms? To interpret the Bible the way we see it does not speak of sin and disgrace attributed to no one but ourselves, and personal flaws can be changed. The law about a personal flaw as something different, and that needs to be accepted, needs to be put in check, because the law of that flaw will not nor can not ever be changed.
Americans needs to stop trying to change what cannot be changed, and start changing the things they can
