Water enthusiasts look no further head to Sunriver in Central Oregon and you'll be hitting the rapids or taking a leisurely paddle in no time! Here are some of your best bets to go out and get wet:

RIDE THE RAPIDS
If it's family fun in the water you're looking for, don't miss an unforgettable rafting trip. Based on your desire to head off for a part day or full day trip and level of rapids you'd like to experience, Central Oregon has plenty of opportunities. Here's what you can expect:

- Upper Deschutes River: Great introduction to whitewater rafting for a part day trip, including beautiful scenery and tame rapids.
- McKenzie River: Trips generally leave from the Bend area and transport you to incredible scenic beauty. The crystal clear waters and fast-flowing river rush combine to make this a wonderful half day experience.
- Lower Deschutes River: If it's rollercoaster rapids your after, set off for a full day in this tremendous canyon landscape. When not riding or splashing down the thrilling whitewater, you'll be in awe of the path the river has carved through its rugged surroundings.
- North Umpqua River: This river provides some of the finest in Oregon whitewater! Both scenic and exhilarating, this trip is not for those who just want a taste of the rapids, but really want to experience what the rollicking waters have to offer.

RELAX ON THE FLATS
Escape the people and noise of the bustling town and head out on a canoe, kayak, inner tube or sailboat and journey into the Cascades to paddle and float the glassy waters of the mountain lake. You can also experience canoing by the light of the moon, while relaxing and opening your senses to the sights and sounds nighttime in the mountains has to offer.

WET MOUNTAIN BIKING
Looking for a new, fun adventure in the water and on land? Head to The Paulina Plunge downhill/waterfall mountain bike tour! The tour consists of four, one and a half mile biking segments to six waterfall stops. As you coast down the forest trail, you will be extremely close to the shimmering waterfalls along the way. In addition to visiting the waterfalls (ranging in height from 10 to 40 feet), you will also have the opportunity to explore and play on two natural waterslides. This excursion is safe, family friendly and recommended for all age groups (kids as young as four!).

TAKE A DIVE
If you're just looking to splash around you'll find three outdoor swimming pools available at Sunriver Resort all which require entrance with a Sunriver Resort room key. For the kids, the South pool features a 50-foot water slide!

Whether you're seeking thrills or just want to relax in the water, you'll find numerous water adventures in the pristine Cascades during your visit to Sunriver, Oregon that will float your boat.
