How to deal with rude people

and began to sift through it to find the items which belonged in our department.

What a relief she finally spoke, then she went on to complain about the store's policy of making people from one department return items that doesn't belong in their section. She said, I don't know why everyone can't get their own merchandise and take it back to their department. I offered to return all the linergie, clothes, dresses and miscellaneous items. My effort proved successful, I felt good about myself.

The day after, I wasn't able to go to her department, when I saw her coming with the items I rushed to her aide, grabbed the load and said, you shouldn't carry all these heavy things. She smiled and said, I get tired of taking these things around. I suggested that she call me whenever she has merchandise from my department. I was rewarded with another smile as she replied, I will, I'll let you know.

I despised the presence of rudeness in my face so much, I forfeited my feeling and went by faith to try and ease the tension created by her and other employees. It was beneficial for me, I can't speak for anyone else. I made a friend because I reached out and someone's heart warmed toward me. I discovered when some people are rude, it's a defense mechanism used as a device to keep from being hurt or taken advantage of again. It's misdirected and they end up doing to others, what was done to them. If they can be helped to see the error of theid ways, they might change. On the other hand, some people are rude to feel a sense of power, for self serving purposes.
