Internet sites you need to know about and why

This is a trick topic! Why? Only YOU know what websites are needed. But, since I was very curious to see what people came up with I clicked on the link to view the choices. As I scrolled through, titles like, where to get the best cheats for games, how to get free emails, Yahoo or Google to search for the best sites, were some of the websites that were listed according to our internet peers, but those weren't websites that I found an interest in, or felt a need to know. I have tried to pin point essential websites, according to our internet peers, and though some have been helpful, it has been a long and frustrating process. I would find myself online researching information that I thought I needed, and three hours into it I would find myself somewhere out in cyberspace. Researching information is essential to me and locating significant, or "sites you need to know about" was somewhat overwhelming. But with time, I have been able to use the internet to my advantage, organize some valuable websites, and realize that the "need to know" websites are those that I can correspond to my everyday life with.

I'm a single parent of two so time isn't usually on my side and taking advantage of the internet is imperative. Bookmarking and adding important sites to my favorite folder has made accessing websites that pertain to my daily life quick and easy. A few websites that I use on a daily basis are for tasks such as tracking my debit card transactions, checking my teen's grades, finding a tasty twenty- minute recipe, or paying a bill. The internet is a useful tool when it comes to my daily agenda and having my most needed sites at a click of the mouse is a true savings of time. And though I have children, it is very important to remember that my life shouldn't totally revolve around them and realize that keeping some time for me is also a need.

I enjoy surfing the net for myself and locating some valuable websites with great discount rates on good quality clothes is a bonus. I'm not a real big fan of those online auctions and have found that by discovering worthy websites with a product I want vs. buying through an auction I can save lot money. I also know that it is important to spend some of my quality time with my children and so clicking on websites that show events going on in my community is also critical. I love to discover real FREE items so being able to get free samples, a free credit report, and I do mean FREE, is
