How to decide to work from home

I am a full-time employee and the mother of three children ages six and under. With three small children and the cost of living steady on the rise, there is always a need for more money to support and provide the extras for my children. I have a decent paying job, but the price of gas and groceries consumes most of my wages.

I have been searching for additional ways to make money from home since 2004. I can tell you that I have been taken advantage of by more than one company. I have really been put through the ringer. All these companies tell you that it is "GUARANTEED" but they don't specify that it is only guaranteed if you put every cent you have into it first, then still don't make money.

I have done Melaleuca. This is all natural health sales. They pitch that the products are so great that they sell themselves. I agree, their products are VERY good. But they are also very costly and take time to ship. I put in more money than I made and trust me, I gave it my all. I did international marketing on the phone and spent hours and hours on appointments, cold calling with little luck.

I tried to buy into a program which provided sources for companies that outsource work for data entry. This was a total rip off! I got a book that instructed me how to find the companies myself! I could not believe I was stupid enough to fall for it.

I tried buying a dollar store website. That didn't work either. I spent the money to pay for the site and never sold one item. However, I liked the idea of this concept.

I sold items on e-bay. Now this I did make money on! However, I ran out of items to sell. I also found out that the hassle of shipping was just too much and the shipping costs were unpredictable. This gave me the idea to research dropshipping.

I was successful in finding wholesale suppliers that gave free memberships. Then I researched how to build my own store front. I found that for free also. Now, I have built my own free store with products listed that I have had to pay NOTHING for and the company drop ships the items for me!

The only thing that I have to do is market and advertise my store. That does not cost me anything either. There is so many free ways to market and advertise.

I am willing to educate others on my philosphy if anyone is interested and I won't charge you a cent. I will simply share with you my resources and get you started on the right path. I will also offer assistance in aswering any questions that you may have. Please visit my website at www.kidsandcash.net and learn a little bit more about myself.
