Seasoned Scalloped Potatoes
This was the most favorite dish of all the exchange students we hosted over the years. They would ask for it over and over again. They even would invite their friend to try it.
Butter a 10" by 13" oblong glass pan
Peel 6-8 potatoes or enough to fill the pan
Slice potatoes and place in bottom of pan
Sprinkle with seasoned salt
Spray butter over potatoes
Add another layer of potatoes
Sprinkle with dry ranch dressing
Spray butter over potatoes
Keep repeating layers in order as above till pan is full
Sprinkle with parsley and spray butter as topping
Pour 1 cup of milk in one corner of pan and let it run through the potatoes.
Do not just pour milk over the whole pan it will disturb the layers.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour
Serves 12
