If you want to make the world a better place ...

Life and living in a world improved, only a pipe dream or the next logical step in a life lived fully?

The world we live in is it such a bad place? There is always pros and cons, surely, just as with anything in our existence. Certainly change is in order the question is how?

There are many ways to begin, the first step in any change, is you and the person in the mirror need to reach a consensus for it. To make that quality decision to grow, once made simply a matter of follow through in taking action on the decision. That is unless you like the world how it is, or instead of putting focus forward, withdrawing into yourself, not unlike the tortoise and his shell, being blinded by the spectrum of color that is a part of change, without seeing the infinite potential we each have within ourselves. In my opinion, few are happy with the way things are, just decide to remain blind to improvement, by choice or by attitude. Anything can be improved for the better. It is primarily a matter of the fear of making waves of being different, to start thinking for ourselves. Toss the pre conceived notions, the years of programming, blinded by choice, believing the false idea that you should just be content, Even if your realize immense potential, moments of revelation, the possibilities. Why compress ideas of difference, of revolution if you will. We each can make a difference and often changes are a necessity don't you think?

Some examples, of making the world a better place could be simple or complex, each starts with you, that person in the mirror. To make a change, so must you change. The saying goes, "If you keep doing what you have always done, you will always get what you already have." By doing the same thing the same thing results so do something different.

To make a change, means stretching yourself beyond the same old habits, extend to new associations to find those who share a similar mindset, who want to progress to step away from that which is in the direction of digression. Going back to the same habits the old associations. To once again be comfortable yet unhappy because you saw the change, you saw how it could affect so many but instead of stepping forward you took the infamous two steps back. Change is not easy, simply the nature of change, it is like learning to walk all over again, remaking self, to step in a different direction. The direction where you can grasp new habits, new association a better life in different territory. In so doing to comprehend the diversity of such an astounding spectrum of color. The colors have always been there but you needed to take off the blinders to see. Sure black and white is easier, there is more to life then just yin and yang.

Open your mind, to potentiality, see the ways you can change and realize, the choice you make is in itself making a difference for you and those who come in contact with the new you. Be the catalyst in life, the first domino in a line once it falls so shall the rest, one by one we make a difference. When enough people come together from this quality decision of change so shall it be. If you build it they will come. Start today, this moment, great things start with you and I. Together the difference can be made and the world will become better because of it. Are ready to make that change? I can tell you that I am, come join me.
