Why stomach exercises will not help you loose belly fat?
When training for fat loss in your core area, you must remember that there are a variety of exercises that you must do in order to achieve the desired weight fitness benefits. Especially, when you are training your abdomen area. You must consider that sit ups, crunches, and six inches are not enough for you to loose the desired weight that you would like to achieve. What these exercises do for your abdomen is tighten and strengthen the muscles that surround the area of your stomach that will give your core more stability.
But, if you really want to loose weight and look like the people in the T.V. shows, or in the magazines that strike your fancy, you must do more than just core exercises. And here we will discuss a few very brief but powerful ways that you can reach the desired goals of trimming that mid-section down, and put you on the road towards total fitness.
First, always remember to stretch the muscles out so that you do not cramp up. So many people jump right into exercising without stretching their muscles properly. This also avoids sudden injury to the muscles. Even in the abdomen area, there are some very thick muscles that protect the stomach. And they can just as easily cramp up and tear if not stretched out properly. For people who are injured, and are trying to get back into shape for any athletic events, it's always best to take your time and go slowly. Stretching warms the muscles up by contracting and expanding them and prepares them for what exercises that you will do.
Next, do a short cardio warm up. Why? Because this starts the fat-burning process. As you already know, that the most fit looking people have a very low body-fat count. And this get your body's natural fat burning furnace started. This will prepare the body for any vigorous exercising activities. Warm up only go for 10 minutes. Nothing too far out and strenuous. This can be done by riding the stationary cycle, treadmill, or elliptical machines. Or, if you love to do it, a 1 to 2 mile jog will be just enough to get your motor running
Then, just after you finish with your strength training or aerobics exercises, incorporate a 20-30 minute cardio fat burning exercises into your workout. You can try some of the exercises that we discussed just above. The more you do this from day to day, you will dramatically see a change in your body in less than a month. You will defiantly drop some weight and inches from your mid section area.
And last, remember to eat a very balanced diet of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and drink lots of water (at least 8 to 10 glasses daily). I am not saying that you must go on a crash diet, or any of the "fad diets" that are out there. But I am saying that you must get the essential nutrients that your body needs in your body for it to function correctly. Your body is like a factory, and you must give it the right tools and equipment for it to properly shape up and to stay tuned up for the long haul. This will also give you the added energy that you need, and as an added bonus, you will be able to fight off more sicknesses and diseases when you are more fit. And you will look great.
In conclusion, in order to loose the fat and inches necessary for maximum fat loss, you must do this in order to stay in your best shape that you can be in. Consistence and diligence is the real key. If you sit down and create a daily workout chart for yourself that you like and incorporate these ideas into your daily, you will see changes faster than you expect. Nothing good ever comes without working for it, and getting a slim trim waistline along with a fit body will come only with work and dedication.
