As I sit
All alone in this world
I wander from place to place
Waiting to be accepted
She assures me
Even though she doesn't know
Walking in to see my smile
She doesn't notice
The hidden sharp object
Or the marks
I need to feel something
I'd rather feel pain
Than nothing at all
I hope to wake up from this nightmare
I'm still here
Not sure where
But here...
Somewhere I don't wanna be
