Political theory: The needs of individuals vs. the state

Individuals have many needs. What needs does the State have? We have become so confused that we don't even know the different between individuals and State. The State is there to serve our mutual needs while we engage in prospering. But to be fair let's say the State needs two things: Money and human resources to serve the individuals. But it is good to mention that the State exists because of the individuals and not the individuals because of the State. We the people are the important one here. If we were perfect, we wouldn't even have a need for a State. But because we were not, that is exactly the reason God formed government as an institution for us to manage. I said God formed government because that is what it said in Romans chapter 13. 1Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

As I mentioned earlier we have many needs as individuals. But many of those needs came because of the fall of Adam and Eve. Now we have to work hard in order to supply our needs. The main needs are food and clothes. We don't need to worry but to work for them. It is no a government job to do that. God created government for other reason: Romans 13:2Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. 4For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. 6This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. 7Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.
Simple, government has been created to punish the wrong doer. But there were no wrong doing if God has not given us rights as individuals. But He has, God has given us right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. And here is what government comes to defend those rights.

There was something that
