Enjoy a sailboat extravaganza over the clear blue waters of Table Rock Lake and when you are tired of the sun settle down by the campfire in one of the 800 campsites scattered throughout the Ozark Hills. Branson, Missouri offers something for the entire family. Whether its trout fishing, or inner tubing behind the boat, Table Rock Lake is sure to satisfy all your families needs. During the day the family can enjoy water skiing and at night relax at the theater or dining in the many fine restaurants offered in the city nearby.

If the outdoors and nature is what you crave, Table Rock Lake is wide open for scuba diving, swimming, parasailing, jet skiing, boating and fishing. Access to boat supplies and other equipment is found nearby at the table Rock State Park Marina. Houseboats are available on the lake and provide a perfect home for the weekend away. Climb aboard your home away from home and enjoy all household amenities including TV, VCR, BBQ and of course beds.

If water recreation is not on your agenda, try a hike over the Table Rock Lakeshore Trail. The 2.2 mile, 8 ft. wide trail is home to bikes, skateboards, scooters for the kids and of course a good pair of hiking boots. Bathrooms are conveniently placed, so no fear about the glass of cold soda you just consumed. For those romantic types, picnic areas are found throughout the trail. Pack up a few sandwiches and don't forget the bottle of apple cider.

Persimmon Hill Berry Farm is the place for homemade thunder muffins or you can pick berries for your own homemade bakery surprise. Horseback riding is perfect for the kids while the man of the house enjoys bass fishing. For the lady of the house, try your fancy in a Victorian Hill town where you can shop all day or relax in a mineral bath and enjoy a massage. Water restaurants are kid friendly but you won't find too many dining establishments that aren't. Table Rock Lake has 76 family restaurants and is a family friendly place.

Since most children love theme parks we won't forget to mention them here. Table Rock Lake offers three great theme parks. Silver Dollar City not only offers thrill rides, it has craftsmen, festivals, craft shops and dining opportunities. Branson USA Amusement Park houses Go Karts, Video Games, Miniature Golf, and Trail Rides. Celebration city is the newest theme park and is home to 30 rides and attractions.
