Planning a vacation to the Missouri Ozarks? With all that Branson has to offer, you're sure to find entertainment for everyone in this city of bright lights, country legends, music and dance.

Silver Dollar City has been this city's number one attraction for 40 years. An amusement park set in the 1880's era, this park has lots to offer. Depending on the time of year you visit, there are numerous themed festivals to enjoy. Handmade crafts, candies, basket weavers, glass blowers, exciting thrill rides, a steam train, plus much more. You'll find the "Warden" happily strolling the streets encouraging everyone to have a good time... but watch out for those nasty "Bank Robbers" that are looking to steal the gold right out of your teeth. The park closes in October to prepare for SDC's gigantic Christmas festival like no other! Silver Dollar City is a must-see while visiting Branson!

Just a stone's throw away is Celebration City, which offers tons of excitement for the whole family. Here you'll find go-cart racing, miniature golf, and thrilling rides for the whole family (wet and dry!). The city also offers a different kind of shopping experience with a beauty salon to pamper yourself in a 1950's style, the Lego's store for the creative mind, the candy shop for that sweet tooth, and lots more. You've got to eat! Stop into one of the many different family-styled resteraunts provided at the park, with everything from burgers to bbq. Then at dusk, the park puts on the "Midwest's largest laser and fireworks show" with different varieties of pyrotechnics, colorful lasers and water illusion.

See which star you look most like in the Hollywood Wax Museum, with their many displays of movie sets and stars. It'll feel like a stroll down Hollywood Boulevard. Is grandpa a Vietnam war vet? Visit the Veterans Memorial Museum, with 10 main halls of over 2,000 exhibits, ranging from a WWII P-51 Mustang Fighter go the world's largest bronze war memorial sculpture. Or try and figure out 'How'd they do that(?)' in the bizarre collection that is the Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum.

Don't forget the shows! Some of the nation's most talked about music shows call Branson their home. This city offers hundreds of shows, with everything from the famous Mel Tillis Music Show, to 50's sock-hops, the Acrobats of China, Broadway shows, Noah The Musical (at the Sight & Sound Theatre), Dinner on the Showboat Branson Belle, or the famous Dolly Parton Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show.
