Or understand what you are all about
Just when I think I've got your drift

I question if it's you or me
Who is confused and cannot see
The meanings in the words you speak
Comportment that you often repeat

To privately share life's pleasantries
You asked what I would like to do
Then changed our plans to something new
Perhaps it is my many sensitivities
That fog my mind and sensibilities
But hurtful feelings cannot be denied
When a friend has been pushed far aside
To ensure your wants are satisfied

What the tears mean in your eyes
How to be
