Although they call you Nathan for short,
Your whole name means gift of God and that's a lot.
When your mom named you, she didn't understand,
What the Lord had to put you through, for you to be His man.

You see the Lord knew you before you were conceived,
He saw everything you would go through, so you could believe,
That you were innocent from the beginning of time,
But Satan, your enemy wanted to make you blind.

He uses people to destroy and to trap,
Those who are trying to return back,
To the One who gave you the breath of life,
So the enemy put you through a whole lot of strife,

Just to see if you would give up on your life.
There is only one Person who can get you out,
So why don't you read the word and see what He is about?
Once you do, I know you will give a shout,

Because your deliverance and freedom will be without doubt.
Just ask the Lord to set you free,
And in no time you will be freed indeed.
