- Living bad -

Thought I was living bad, cause I was runnin' fast, down a one way street to no good.

Made up my mind to change my ways, no more forgotten nights or wasted days.
Binging on highs walking through haze, driven by excess, sex-driven craze.
Names were blurred, emotions numb, unquenchable thirst making them cum.
Never enough, nothing to rejoice but carnal pleasures and the drug of choice.
Crashing through days at a blistering pace, the walking dead no soul to replace.

Thought I was living bad, cause I was runnin' fast, down a one way street to no good.

Slammed on the brakes, time screeched to a halt, suddenly feelings escaped from the vault.
Ancient dreams, ancient hope, the very tools that allow me to cope.
Second chances, sure romances, finding one whose heart dances.
Ready to see what the future implies, to the past say goodbye and let old demons die.
Still yearn for same pleasures but no nameless face, living life again at a change of pace.

Thought I was living bad, cause I was runnin' fast, down a one way street to no good.
