It may be the scariest thing you could ever go through but it can also be the most rewarding thing you could think of. Doesn't matter if you the mother or the father "it takes two to tango" is a saying that I think works perfectly, neither one of you can get through this alone.
The first thing you should do is try to avoid it, you may think that you ready but the fact is most teenagers aren't. To try and keep safe you can use many ways; condoms, birth control or even doctor prescribed equipment, however the easiest way to avoid teenage pregnancy would be to practice abstinence.
The second the mother misses her period after having intercourse she should go and get checked it can be either an at home pregnancy test that can be found at any drug store or she can go and see a doctor.
If she is pregnant both parents should get ready find out what there going to do whether you are going to have an abortion, adoption or keep the child. If you plan to keep the child bother parents should really go off and get a job, the pregnancy will not be easy for the mother especially and after a while the job for getting the money will be up to the father.
If she is pregnant it is not uncommon for parents to become afraid, the woman will become moody and the father will become stressed out but stick through it, this will most likely be the best thing that has ever happened to the two of you.
Babies are not cheap or easy to deal with, they will more than likely cry a lot keep you up at night, puck, and you will go through money faster than diapers which the average child goes through eight to twelve diapers a day. Then you have to think about food, clothes, and necessities for children. It doesn't end though there once the child gets into the teenage years you will be going through money faster than ever and the only time you will get a break is when he turns eighteen or starts to work, then you wont have to pay for everything (just most of it).
Things will seem so terrifying on that famous day of the delivery date, it isn't uncommon for people to be very stressful and not knowing what to do but it will all be over eventually (this can take anywhere between ten hours to two days and it is the most painful thing the mother will ever go through physically and for the father emotionally.
When the child is there in your arms it will seem like the most amazing thing possible but once it gets down to it you have to think about the welfare of the child and not what will make you happy. Things won't be easy but it is not common for the child to be in its best care by two teenage parents.
