I'm taking back control cause if I don't
I'll lose I make the choices and
you I no longer choose
even when you were the one I abused
you had all the power
in my darkest hour, you were no help
all medicated
but from you, on the rocks
I've hit rock bottom
wide awake and I still can't tell if
I'm dreaming cause
I couldn't believe it was me..
that slurred vicious demon unable to control
my thoughts and feelings
I'm leaving you in the past cause
with you I have no future
and before you take
another thing from me, I rebuke you!
so from now on
when I see the bottom of a glass
it won't be you
that I've consumed
