I've earn my token to independence
Freedom and
Womanhood
I've framed it
mounted it upon my wall
Yet I'm still
Undecisive
inexperienced
naive
Concern imprisons me with its caution
Control shackles my hands
Rebellion seems to be my freedom
Yet, it burns away prudence love
That implores with my will
Saying, " Think about the future"
You have to survive
My stubborn will dreams
of meaning
adventure
and purpose
So spontaneous
I strive to be on my own
But prudence would not let me go

Serving my country

A never-lifting cloud
An endless fall of rain
A bout of shining sun
Playing peek-a-boo
Between
