"She Remembers His Love"
Graying hair, wrinkled hands
Memories fading fast
Looking through the window
Not knowing where she is
Seasons come and seasons go
Fleeting moments of her life
Forgotten names, forgotten places
But she remembers his love
His every touch memorized
Those deep brown eyes
and whispers in the night
Oh how he swept her off her feet!
As if it were still yesterday
Faded roses, his words of love
Safe in her heart's memory box
Keeping his love alive
Locked forever deeply within
The passion never died
Many thoughts forgotten
But she remembers his love
