This a short description on why you should do some kind of physical activate. There are many reasons too just go out and play

-buy a personal gym that way you can build up whenever you want

Dieting
just by doing these exercise wont make you skin. It will take hard work and a good diet. A good diet doesn't mean starve yourself. Some options are

You
this hole processes is completely dependent on you. You can make some body do this for you. it is hard work and you will wont to stop. But if YOU want to stay healthy than do this. I do recommend Videos it will help. You can also read books on this subject. But trust me spending a little money is worth staying healthy. But back to my my point these IS NOT EASY.

running
This is probably the hardest exercise you can do. But this will build endurance. It will make your legs stronger. Running is hard for different reasons one being it takes a lot of energy. Two you need to be strong in order to keep running. Last it can mess up your feet really bad to the point you may want to see a Doctor. But after all that its still worth it.
