Looking for a great stew that's also healthy? This is the perfect recipe for you.

Market Soup

2 stalks of celery
2 carrots
1 medium turnip
2 cans of chicken or vegetable broth
2 cans of stewed tomatoes
-1 can of corn
spices: salt, pepper, cumin, curry



cut celery, carrots and turnips into big cubes
cook celery, carrots and turnips in some oil and add about 1/2 can of broth. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add cumin and curry
sprinkle a decent amount around. Add remaining broth and stewed tomatoes - mix well. Add kidney beans and corn. Add salt and
pepper to taste. Let simmer for several hours if possible. (2 hours is good)
