Waiting
I'm waiting for a day
Waiting for a feeling
Waiting for my time to come
For something I've been needing
Waiting to get swept away
Waiting for the meaning
Waiting for a rush of faith
For something that seems fleeting
Waiting for a sense of calm
For time to stop repeating
Waiting for a simple sign
For me to stop retreating
I'm waiting for contentment
For life to be more appealing
And there is only you and me
And I am no longer dreaming
