When a good thing fell apart
You're the better thing that fell together
Your arrow hit me straight in the heart
And now I wanna feel this way forever
The life that lies before us
Is like a clean white canvas
And we are each a paint brush
That will color this blank mass
I wanna splash color on your world
The same way you colored mine
You painted a rainbow into my gray sky
So now I wanna paint you some sunshine
Everything that is beautiful
I see right in your eyes
Your embrace is so secure and comfortable
And you wear no false disguise
I really want God to bless this
I'm so thankful you were sent to me
And now with every soft kiss
It already feels like heaven's eternity
So take my hand and walk with me
We'll go wherever the wind blows
Brush strokes that are so light and free
Painting this masterpiece which no one knows.
