The Da Vinci Code Phenomenon
The year before last I had an offer to give a lecture overall Mary Magdalene phenomenon, about the same time the movie: "The Da Vinci Code" released to theatres worldwide. It was an interesting time because it made the two gross debating groups increase the gap between them and I was caught right smack in the middle.
The whole phenomenon to those who mysteriously spent time in a cave- can be circumscribed as follows: Jesus did not die at the Cross, He married Mary Magdalene (who was not a prostitute but a princess) and they had family, their first-born was named Merovie (thus giving birth to the Merovingian race) that descends to our current time.
To be able to give my lecture as a profound refuter of this whole phenomenon I had to resort to a logic train of thought and some backup on scientific facts, of course, being all of us laymen on such matters, the view was mere on the surface.
If this is plausible or not depends on the overall knowledge, the individual has and the personal perceptions on several subjects like Medicine, Philosophy, and Theology, to name a few. But the more a person needs to understand fully the events that took place that day, the more subjects he or she needs to be able to grasp and comprehend at least at their basic levels.
In my lecture, I took on several points of thought: According to the Bible , Jesus undertook a severe beating by the roman soldiers, who acted in compliance to Pilate's futile attempt to "convince" complaining Jews: Jesus did not present a problem nor should he be executed, this image and ongoing scene is perfectly portrayed in Emmerlichs' book . Following any of the Gospels, the reader can easily attain that there was not enough time for Jesus' Body to heal from such wounds.
The reason to this is simple, the Roman empire had a hard time subduing the Jews who, by nature, are a conflictive race; therefore they had no interest whatsoever in allowing or giving them any reason to entice them further into rebellion; the order for Pilate was to maintain peace at any cost. Emmerlich's book discusses this point too, but is not the only source .
The first thing that would happen to a body afterwards being so brutally traumatized is dehydration beginning far back in Getsemani with Hematidrosis , and continuing with the Roman scourging. It is important for the listener to be able to see; either in a diorama or any other images form the types of flagrum the roman soldiers used. Despite the fact that
