Poetry: Feeling lost

by Melvin Barella

Created on: May 21, 2008

Lost in a Fog
At first, I felt us destined to be, stars glittered,
and planets raced across the sky. I looked at the
moon and I could see the image of you and me and
dreamed our life together would forever be. Something
happened along the way, the stars no longer glitter,
the planets only die. Now I look at the moon and I
can faintly see that image of you and me, we are lost
in a fog.
