The ending of a chapter, and if you are a high school senior you cannot wait to graduate and never have to step foot inside those doors again. But there are a few things that you should do before the end has come. Because upon graduation things will never be the same again. And even if you don't think so now, there will come a time that you will look back on your years at high school and wonder where time went. You will reflect on the glory days of things done or undone and you will wonder what happened to so and so. So here is my advise of the TOP 10 things you should do before graduation.

10. Be sure to get a yearbook, this will be the key to the past when twenty years and more go by. It will be the pages of your legacy. Because one day your kids are going to see it and they will not believe how you dressed, and you won't believe it either.

9. Get the numbers. Right after high school everything will be changing rapidly, most of your friends will be going off to school, others will be moving into there first apartments. And unless you have the ability to keep in touch right out of high school, you will lose contact with these people, because of how fast life changes. So take the time and get all the numbers from friends you don't want to lose.

8. It is prom season, and even if you have a devil may care opinion about this time tested tradition. You would be amazed at how this comes up in the future., and prom is something that can never be recreated. It's your to time to shine and be front and center so take this opportunity it truly only comes once.

7. Go picture crazy. Snap those pictures of friends, enemies, teachers, special places, take those pictures because those memories will always be yours as you look back.

6. Take the time to thank those teachers that went above and beyond the call of duty. For they have helped you come this far and the lessons that they have taught you will now help you to lead your life.

5. Make time to spend time with your family and friends. Life will now be moving quickly and the people in your world will be changing and some people will get left behind, so take the time for the memories. Also be certain to take a moment to remember that even though these are the happiest times in your life, they are possibly going to be the saddest times for your parents because somehow you have managed to grow up.

4. Set up some goals for your first year away from high school. In times of great freedom some people get lost about the things they wish to achieve. Right now is the best time to put those goals and dreams on paper so you can get your plan in motion.

3. Get letters of recommendation from teachers and other people whom you have worked with. These will be invaluable assists as you will begin your work search.

2. Get all your ducks in a row. Finish off any projects you have early, don't wait until the last minute to turn in your final semesters report. Or procrastinate with getting all the things you may need for your graduation ceremony.

1. Go crazy and have some fun, life is about to get a whole lot more complicated so you owe it to yourself to enjoy these last moments. Take part in your senior skipday, our plan on going on your senior trip what ever will make you happy. But remember always to keep it safe, you're an adult now and your life is just about ready to bloom.
