Cajun Shrimp Stir Fry

1 lb. large cooked shrimp
1/4 cup A-1 Louisiana New Orleans Cajun
1 bag of Uncle Ben's cooked rice in a pouch
1 head of fresh broccoli
1 quarter cup olive oil

First cook the broccoli in a deep frying pan with a quarter cup of olive oil.Then fry the large shrimp with the broccoli.Next mix in quarter cup of Cajun sauce.Last add cooked rice and let heat up for about five minutes keep stir frequently.

For dessert...

4 CHOCOLATE Hershey bars
1 pint of strawberries

Break up Hershey bars set in microwavable bowl.Put in microwave for 20 second intervals.It is very important to keep stirring so chocolate does not burn!After it is melted dip strawberries and eat or you can chill them and the chocolate will harden onto strawberries.It is great with a nice Cabernet.ENJOY!
