Personally, the Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays. Summer fun, friends and food! Who could ask for more?
So to make this year's 4th of July even better I've come up with a great recipe for a drink that the whole family can enjoy! Yes, even the kids can indulge in this one, because it is nonalcoholic. Now, I know some of you are thinking, no vodka? rum? nothing?. But hey trust me, this drink has enough kick in it and is so good you'll forget you're not drinking alcohol. :)
So here 2 of my favorite 4th of July cocktail recipes:
*Mango Strawberry Mixer*
Ice
2 cups 7-UP soda
1/2 cup mango puree
2 spoonful of strawberry
1 spoonful of pineapple
1/2 banana
Instructions:
Add ice, mango puree and 7-up into blender and mix at low speed until majority of ice is farily broken down.
Then add strawberries, pineapple and banana and mix until the fruit has been broken down into drinkable pieces into the mango 7-up mix.
*You can also add more fruit and 7-up and puree if you like, its all up to personal choice and size of party.*
Pour.Serve.Enjoy.
For any left overs, freeze and store until later.
*Strawberry Lemon Mixer*
Ice
2 Cups of 7-UP soda
1/2 Lemon Ice puree
2 Spoonful of strawberry
Add all ingredients in blender and mix until strawberries are broken down.
*You can also add more fruit and 7-up and puree if you like, its all up to personal choice and size of party.*
Pour.Serve.Enjoy.
For any left overs, freeze and store until later.
