Ways to save money on gas

I will not take the credit of coming up with this idea because I didn't. However, I am trying my hardest to pass this information every chance I get to who ever will listen. Please my fellow Helium writers, I urge you to do the same with a passion. I will tell you this magnificent idea in just a moment. I am so sick to my stomach with these gas prices. We are being royally raped of our money at the pumps without a shred of mercy in sight. So what do we do about. We rape them right back. Every one is familiar with the black history story where black people boycotted the bus with long suffering to get their point across and have their claim to victory. Now the question is will we boycott the gas and be as steadfast as those victorious boycotter's and get the consideration and prices we deserve at the pump. HELL NO we won't. So how, oh how can we get gas prices down if we continuously show that we will pay for it no matter how much it costs! Simply.....we boycott! No we don't boycott gas altogether. We Boycott Exxon and Shell only. You see if we and everyone we know boycott the Shell and Exxon gas pumps what do you think will happen? I predict they will lower their price a nickel or dime to get their customers back. BUT, we will not stop there. We will continue to boycott those particular companies at all costs and continue to spread word of the boycott to anyone who will listen. We will boycott them until they come down on their prices at least 45-50 cents. Then what will happen next? Well the obvious will happen....when Exxon and Shell lower their prices other will follow suit to be able to compete. THIS IS PURE FREAKIN GENIUS! So please won't you join me in my effort to boycott and help me pass along the plan. You know...if we could get gas prices down maybe our grocery prices will go down as well. Also I am looking into getting a two wheeled vehicle of some sort. I might go the modest route and get a motor scooter or I might go with a more daring Ninja Honda or Kawasaki. Those things will get about 80 to 100 miles per gallon and they are not that expensive to buy which is even better not only for your pocket but for our environment. Please get me wrong. I don't care if gas goes back down to 1 dollar per gallon, I will still do my best to improve my overall fuel economy because I care about the condition I leave this Earth for my children and my childrens' children.
