Great rainy day activities to do with your children.

For most people rainy days are long. So let's make this fun, short and simple.

1. Get the paint - let's paint a picture.
2. In my bedroom cupboard I have a jigsaw puzzle with a really nice picture on it of my
favorite cartoon.
3. I'd like to watch television as my favorite cartoon is on.
4. While i am sitting on the couch i am going to do some crayoning in my favorite comic

book.
5. Silly putty makes the best prints of pictures and cartoons.
6. After my favorite television show i am going to play with my new toys.
7. I still have some left over balloons from my birthday party so i am going
to blow up some of them and make some different shapes by twisting them together.
8. It is fun to cut shapes out of paper. Like snowflakes and squares.
9. I would now like to play my guitar and sing-a-long with it.
10. Now i am going to call my friend and see what their doing.
11. Mom is going to take my friend and i to a movie this afternoon.
12. After that mom is going to rent a movie to watch at home for later this evening.
Maybe even a popular dvd.
13. I could always play with my playstation.
14. Even nintendo.
15. I would like to spend sometime though talking to my friends to over the telephone.
16. I must finish up my schoolwork to, it is getting late now.
17. My cat has to be fed and petted today as she has been alone while I was at school.

After doing all these things today, a rainy day, I am exhausted but now my mom
wants me to cleanup my bedroom, it is such a mess.

Tidying up takes the longest time.

I think rainy days are really busy days, especially if your in the house most of the time.

If tomorrow is another rainy day i will continue to cleanup as i told mom that i would have
time.

See you tomorrow, or the next rainy day. Lots of love to mom and dad.

If your mom and dad wants to come over and join the fun come along.

I cannot tell you when the next rainy day will be but for now i guess we will
have to go to the park and take my dog for a little walk.

I hope it is not too hot!

I could always take my umbrella,my boots-and my raincoat just in case it did rain.

See you outside! While i am outside i am going to play the sand in the park and make
lots of sandcastles. My favorite thing to do. If i could go swimming at the beach
i would have to ask mom to watch me and my friends. By that time i should be
ready for the next rainy day.

I hope you're coming over. Give me a telephone call when you decide.
