Top ten hobbies and games

Top ten hobbies and games, this one is a bit tough, only because there is too many to count. I will list my personal top ten, and why I love them.

1. Hooping (hula hooping)

I never have actually tried hooping more professionally. Last time I hula hooped was when I was ten. I really want to start this activity though, so I did lots of research. You can go to the wonderful land called youtube, and just search hooping. Tons of videos will pop up, and you will be amazed by most of the talent that is up there. It just looks so graceful, and not to mention making your own hoop looks like fun! This seems like the perfect way just to relax, and get rid of all the stress. Not to mention, and great way to help lose weight!

2. Reading

I love to read, reading takes you into some other place, and you become another person. Some I get so into it, if the main character is mad, I'm mad, If they are happy I'm happy. If the book is that good, sometimes I can feel like I'm that character for days. Living my life how they would. It might sound weird, but it's great. Sure there is those books, that just aren't good, but why are you reading them? Pick up a book you want to read, not a books on the top 100. Just because they say it's good, doesn't mean it is to you.

3. Crafts

Crafts are great! Another great stress relieving activity, well most times anyways. Crafts have such a big verity, that you can choose basically anything to make. Make a hula hoop, or jewelry, or mask. Whatever you want is up to you. No less if you get good at it, try selling it! That means extra money!

4. Bike riding

You don't need to be a professional to bike ride. Bike riding is so much fun, whether it's leisure bike riding or mountain, or even in between. I suggest you try it someday. Unless you live in the city, don't play music while riding your bike. Even if you are in the city don't listen to music while bike riding. It just ruins it. I love to bike ride listening to all the sounds that are in the country, like the birds singing, and the wind rustling through the trees.

5. Write

Writing is great. I express my feelings through writing, and it's great. Especially those who are a bit shy. Start a blog, or just post on here. Whether or not anybody is reading, it is still great to get those feelings out. I know when I go through a stressful day, I like to write. Then I most likely won't say anything I'll regret.

6. Sewing

I'm not including sewing in crafts, just because sewing is just as big as crafts. There is all type of sewing, sewing clothes, stuffed animals, and all other creations. Won't you love to say I made this, when someone compliments that item?

7. Hiking

Hiking once again is relaxing. Just walking through the woods by your self, or with someone. Hiking doesn't have to be climbing up hills, and doing all this hard stuff. Hiking can just be walking through the woods and enjoying the nature around you. Find a stream and splash around, and bring the kid out in you.

8. Cooking

Cooking is so much fun, all you basically have to do is follow a recipe. No less in the end, you get to enjoy what you make! Mm food!

9. Photography

Start taking photos when you go on those hikes and bike rides of your. It great to get photo of nature. Plus those memories are always with you.

10. Do nothing!

OK this might not be totally a hobby... But it is good! Sometimes we just to relax and do nothing. Buy a cheap hammock, and get some lemonade, and just lay there and think about your day. Think about your new found hobbies. Enjoy life, you only have one! At least as far as I know!
