Poetry: Do you hear me?

by Ciana Parker

Created on: May 20, 2008

Do you hear me?
I'm whispering for you.
I need a little help.
Some support maybe.
Can you not hear me?
I'm gently calling your name,
silently hoping you'll hear.

Do you hear me?
I'm calling for you.
Giving you my opinion,
asking you for your's.
I need help,
things are starting to get difficult.

Do you hear me?
I'm shouting,
shouting your name.
Help me.
I can't do this much longer.
Things have only gotten worse.
What do I do?

Do you hear me?
I'm screaming for you.
Screaming high pitched,
I need your help!
Help me please!
It's too much, I can't take it!
I'm just not strong enough.
Can you not hear me?
I'm begging for your help,
I need a way out.

Do you hear me?
I don't think anyone does.
Life became too much, I'm sorry.
I don't think you can hear me now,
but I'm silently calling your name.
Forever calling your name.

Do you hear me?
