The Educational Philosophy of John Dewey "Educational Progressive"

In order to understand the multi-dimensional aspects of educational philosophy takes keen insights (knowledge) and as pedagogues there needs to be years of empirical as well as practical experiences to develop frameworks on what works best for global children for the 20th century. In this debate one of the most powerful tools that gives some revelations to educational philosophy and intelligence was exemplified in Mr. Richard Hofotadter book entitled "Intellectualism In American Life". He states:

"Although the difference between the qualities of intelligence and
intellect is more often assumed than defined, the context of popular usage makes it possible to extract the nub of the distinction, which seems to be almost universally understood: intelligence is an excellence of mind that is employed within a fairly narrow, immediate, and predictable range; it is a manipulative, adjectives, unfailingly practical quality-one of the most eminent and endearing of the animal virtues. Intelligence works within the framework of limited but clearly stated goals, and may be quick to shear away questions of thought that do not seem to help in reaching them. Finally, it is of such universal use that it can daily be seen at work and admired alike by simple or complex minds.

As pedagogues we expend hundreds of hours in the art of teaching in superficial environments utilizing both applied and pure scientific concepts to prepare students for the real world. However, students can not refer back into class-room theories on educational philosophy like : creative essence of the intellect in which another great educator's Ralph Wald Emerson contributed in this field of education in the 19th century. When problems occur we hope that the parents teaching methodologies are effective and in simplistic terms that student(s) understand to use one of the most powerful educational tools available whereas on this hypotheses we must be creativity embracing innovators thinking outside of the quire mire in terms of pure capitalist modus operandi. This is not in American textbooks but it comes from years of academic training, implementing one pedagogue skills with an educational philosophy in order to off set trouble students assumptions that the stereotypes that nothing positive come out of educational achievement for trouble students.
