That familiar feeling
In the stomach;
A gnawing pressure
Corrosive;
Eating at my wholeness
Bleeding into my mind
Leaching energy;
Pushing me to the brink of
Nothing matters.
Can't slow down,
Can't breathe,
Can't think;
I need to escape
Somehow.
