Not a baker but want to try? Want to bake with your kids? Or do you want to impress someone a little to show that you can bake without any help of cake mix boxes? Well then you will learn the EASIEST cheese cake recipe made from scratch and truely 100% from scratch. We are not using any cake mix and adding this and that to make it look like its made from scratch. When I came to the States I was just so surprised to hear how many people make compliments about what someone baked that was basically made from a box (cake mix). They sure do taste good but I can't call that "real" baking. This recipe is so easy you will memorize the recipe once you make it!

-THINGS YOU NEED-

Cream cheese- 8 oz pack
heavy cream- 8 oz pack
sugar- 1/2 a cup or more
3- eggs
3- tbspn flour
salt- a pinch

-METHOD-

First, preheat the oven to 325 while you simply put all ingredients in a juice blender and mix it! If the cream cheese is all nice and smoothly blended pour it in a non-stick round 8' inch pan. And bake it for about 40 min until its golden brown on the top.

Now, how easy is that? I have made this cheese cake to so many parties and I have always got so much compliments and everybody asks for the recipe cause its so good! This recipe is very rich but light texture. You can also make your crust with gramham crackers and pour the cheese cake batter and bake it to upgrade the look and taste! You can also add either 2 tbl spoon of lemon OR you can add 2 tpsn of vanilla or almond extract. Or if you like heavier New York style cheese cakes you can increase the amount of cream cheese by 4 oz to the recipe. This cheese cake is also wonderful served right out of the oven when it's still warm and fluffy with ice cream :) The cheese cake will rise at one point looking all fluffy but it is suppose to sink after it is cooled so don't panic if see your cake all sinking down.

The best part of this recipe is that you don't need a scale to measure all the ingredients! So, what do you think? simple and easy isn't it?

happy baking!
