The role of the mother in Jewish culture

If you read the ancient biblical text:Proverbs 31:10-31, you will read about a woman with noble character. In the Jewish culture a woman with these qualities is praised beyond measure, and also described as very difficult to find. Solomon wrote this proverb thousands of years ago, and to this day many men search for a woman with these hardworking and selfless traits. Even though this is a Jewish proverb, Americans and many other nations who have a religious background search for these nobilities as well.

The epilogue starts off reading, "A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life. She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands. She is like the merchant ships, bringing her food from afar. She gets up while it is still dark and provides food for her family, and portions for her servant girls. She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard." After reading the first six versus of this proverb the possibility of finding a woman like this is a slight 2% chance. To make it easy reading for the ladies, I didn't write the other twenty five verses lol.

My wife is Jewish, and she has maybe 50% of these qualities. She is very hard working, but she hates to get her hands dirty so planting in the vineyards would count her out. The truth of the matter is that in the Jewish Culture, the men are looking for a woman with a quiet spirit; one who respects tradition, and doesn't follow the worldliness of society. The famous line from Solomon was: "Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD should be praised." Is this something that was said to keep woman powerless...hmm? Now a days a womens opinion is far more valuable than a mans. For example Ellen De' Generes is fighting against gay rights, and California is considering legalization...hmm, the woman aren't as quiet anymore.

So now that the mothering roles have changed, because society has changed, and no longer do woman have this "servant-hood" mentality. Woman want to be respected, and equal with men. They want to make seven figures, and run their own business without a mans approval. This is all possible, and I think it helps the world substantially that woman are able to express their ideas and creativity's to society, but my question is, will the motherhood diminish? I believe that there will
