Trials of Heaven
It rains when I look at the world, but no one tries to catch my tears.
Sadly as my mirror, your glares loom scant in comparison to bountiful cheers.
So, really who is it that smiles but shrilly cries inside?
Many can plan a vision but wishes are never life.
In your hands are clefs and notes, and there they shall stay.
Quiet passions that bear no rhythm will all just fly away.
Head turning, eyelids pressed firmly as one, I behold your face.
Loathing due to time being so, so slow, I wait...restlessly I wait.
