As i toss and turn, I sit up with a frown,
How i'd love a good night's sleep,
To dream of all nice thing's,
Until that alarm bell ring's,
Bag's under my eye's, My skin begin's to shrink,
How i wish mr sandman you'd chuck some extra in my eye's,
I read a book and lye real still, Watch the telly,
That's a great thrill, Teleshopping all the time,
How about a glass of wine,
Nothing i can do will help me sleep,
I,m tired and a lot of dream's to keep,
I have no problem's, care's or woe's,
That stop me from not sleeping so,
What do i have to do,
To get some sleep, Please help me do.

Take a pill for this and take a pill for that
Lock the doors, turn out the lights and don't forget the cat

Where I writhe alone, spinning
In this restless trance.
Back and forth as the tide

Insomnia

No
by Jon Coe
I wish to sleep, on heavy eyes
just one minute, please tantalize
But alas, as soon as I begin to dream
I am awakened, by this
by C.M. Tucker
If windows would close long enough,
Maybe unexpected dreams would rise
And challenge pain
That keeps insomnia company.
