Making day plans
while sitting in front of a fan
Leaving to go shopping
Flip flopping on our sandals
feeling the hot sun
Still having fun
A nice car
To go somewhere far
shopping all day
Not caring what people say
Laughing all the time
shopping all time
listening to the latest rhymes
WOW those were the good times

She stood behind me,
poked her finger
into my back.
Do it. Do it.
I struck a match.
A couple steeped with age, sits in rocking chair
Both with wrinkles on face, and silver their hair
