Recognizing your own internal dialogue gives you greater freedom

On the journey to happiness, the importance of releasing limiting beliefs is paramount. Inner dialogue is the baseline for self-awareness. Shortcuts or quick psychological patch-ups, including reciting internally foreign affirmations or taking prescribed medication, may proffer temporary results; much like treatment as opposed to absolute healing the cause of affliction. To experience freedom at will, it is advantageous to deal with the core of beliefs. I believe it starts with monitoring one's self-communication.

In paying attention to the language within, we must listen to the voices in our heads. Effective listening includes focusing on what we say to ourselves without judgment, possibly leading to correction. This can be performed through any activity, though more effortless when alone. In the event there is a need to mediate those thoughts, take time to review that as well. When we hear a thought that does invoke feelings of a lower vibration, this is an opportunity to ask effectual questions. "Where did that come from?" or "What may I learn from thinking this way?" or even "How exactly do I feel about this thought?" Depending on what is going on, it might not be the suitable time to get in depth. I recommend asking the question anyway or it may be possible to repeat the thought a few times, to acknowledge the notion and move on. Chances are, it will return at an instance where further introspection is doable.

Listen for high vibrational contemplations, those that raise feelings of joy, for they assist us in identifying what sustains our bliss. Work to stay with these thoughts and feelings as long as possible. See if there is a mental snapshot attached. Is it an event of some accomplishment? Could it be that cheerful compliment? Might it be an exuberant celebration? Is it that memory of an optimistic person who seemed to always know what to say? Consider practicing making the moment brighter by reflecting on how it can be even better. In allowing that delightful sensation, we may pay attention to messages about ourselves. Do not ponder on reservations. These truths will provide the basis for those affirmations that resonates well with who we are being. These are successful and enduring for the pronouncements come from within.

We travel without moving. Our thoughts usually move from the past to the future and back again. I think restrictive patterns are repeated because we are operating on auto-pilot. It is like since it happened before; this must be how
