Are you sitting comfortably? Then I shall begin.
If you have ever used the Internet to download music or some other form of software, then I would assume that you are aware of services such as Kazaa, Bearshare or Limewire or any other PTP File sharing service that you would care to mention. The major problem with these services (and I speak from my own personal experiences with one of the aforementioned services and also from discussing it with others who use these file sharing programs) is that they are literally riddled with infected files. Trojans, worms, malware and a whole menagerie of other such undesirables. To add injury to insult, not only do you have to run the gauntlet each and every time that you use these services. Running the very high risk of downloading a Trojan or other such threat, you may also have to pay some type of subscription fee for this privilege.
Well, I have the answer and the solution to this problem for you. There is a service out there called BitTorrent.
BitTorrent is a file sharing program that is firstly, totally free; there are no subscription fees to pay. No limits to your downloads and %99.9 virus and Trojan free.
BitTorrents are files aptly named 'torrents' and they are downloaded and again, aptly named, in 'bits'. In effect, then it is somewhat like the jigsaw puzzle. There is no set order to building the jigsaw puzzle; you select a piece and place it down. The next piece however may be a piece that fits elsewhere in the puzzle. The torrent file is downloaded in separate 'bits', Track 10 of a music file could be downloaded to your computer before Track 1, Track 7 before Track 6 and so on until eventually the whole 'picture' is built up.
There are a number of BitTorrent web sites all offering hundreds of thousands of free torrents for you to download. Ranging from music and films to games, ebooks and computer software and programs. Honestly, if you can't find it on these torrent sites, then it doesn't exist!.
I have been using the BitTorrent service for quite some time now and have downloaded thousands of pounds worth of just music alone; then there are all the films and games and other software that I've downloaded. It adds up to quite an amount of money that I've saved. I can also state categorically that I have also never downloaded any type of computer threat.
Perform a search on Google or any other search engine and get started today. You can thank me later.
